We will issue a full refund or exchange as long as the item was purchased at full price and is in its original sale condition. The goods must be unused and unwashed and in all the original packaging and labels. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage costs will be covered by us.

Products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error, you can claim an exchange or refund.
