It's OK to change your mind! We want you to love our products and shop with confidence so if something isn’t quite right, we can accept returns of online orders within 14 days of you receiving your order.
We will issue a full refund or exchange of your online order as long as the item was purchased at full price and is in its original condition. The goods must be unused and unwashed and in all the original packaging and labels. All original tags and packaging must be in place and in good condition.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
For health and hygiene reasons, pillows and quilts, underlays and toppers, mattress and pillow protectors are non-returnable unless faulty. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.
No additional discount may be applied to any stock on sale. Item's purchased during a sale are non-refundable. Items purchased during a Gift with Purchase offer, are non refundable.

We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that products are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error, you can claim an exchange or refund.
If you do receive a damaged item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
If product has be bought in store, please return to place of purchase with proof of your purchase such as a receipt or credit card statement.
