Your order confirmation email will provide a tracking number with which you can track the progress of your shipment using this link. Orders are shipped by Toll Ipec from our distribution centre in Melbourne.
International orders are shipped with Air Mail for a flat rate of $50 . All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and any return shipping costs. All transactions are processed in AUD. We accept Visa and MasterCard or PayPal. We do not accept personal or corporate cheques, or cash.
Yes. We can delivery via Australia Post to PO Boxes.
All orders are sent from our distribution centre in Melbourne. It may take up to 5 business days for delivery in metropolitan areas and up to 8 business days for regional areas.
We want to make sure your parcel arrives securely. Couriers do not leave parcels unattended, unless otherwise advised. A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.
It's OK to change your mind! We want you to love our products and shop with confidence, so we accept returns for change of mind if the product(s) in question are returned back to us within 30 days of your purchase date. We will issue a full refund of your original purchase price (less postage), provided the item was purchased at gainsboroughhome.com and you have notified our customer service team of your intention to return the item(s) and the items have been received by us prior to the 30 day from purchase cut-off date.
To assist you in returning your item(s) in a timely and postage cost neutral manner, a prepaid return postage address will be supplied to you for free postage. Repacking your item for return postage is not covered by this return policy, nor is the cost of the material used to repack and return your item(s). Prior to your refund being issued, you must also provide the relevant customer service team member with the tracking code for the returned items(s).
Please contact our customer service team and we will advise the full return procedure to you. To help us process a return as quickly as possible, please always quote your Order Reference number with any query.
If a product you like is sold out, you can click the 'Notify Me' link and we will send you an email if it comes back in stock. We will only email you once. We cannot reserve items, so if you receive an email notification that something is back you'll need to be quick if you want to purchase before it sells out again.
