ONLINE RETURNS
In addition to accepting returns for faulty goods, we also except returns for change of mind even if you’ve taken the product out of its packaging and used it, as long as the product is physically returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase (not delivery) date.
If you wish to return a product you’ve purchased off the Gainsborough Home website, simply contact our customer service team using the email below and we’ll provide you with a return address with prepaid postage for you to use (please note that we only provide a prepaid return address and NOT a satchel or repackaging materials of any kind).
