Unimpressed

I was looking foreword to using this new underlay and washed it preparing for the arrival of the my new bed coming soon. Upon hanging it up the sun exposed a huge fault through it. Some strange yellow fibre that was also bulking in odd places so it would be uncomfortable to sleep on! I'm not sure what to do now.
